Mobility scooter allocation is not automated. Each request is carefully reviewed by our team to ensure the right scooter is assigned based on your personal details, including your weight and, if applicable, the location of your holiday accommodation.
This process allows us to match you with the most suitable scooter for comfort, safety, and convenience.
As this requires manual checking, we kindly ask that you allow at least 3 working days for your enquiry to be processed.
During busy periods, it is very unlikely that we will be able to process same-day applications for scooter collection.
If you require your scooter delivering and/or collecting to/from a location more than a mile outside the centre of Whitby, we kindly ask that you book at least 7 days before your arrival. This helps us make sure everything's in place and ready for you, so your visit starts smoothly and stress-free.

It's very important that you provide the scooter user's accurate weight.
Each of our scooters has a maximum weight limit for passengers and this limit varies between different models. If we don't have the correct information, we might tell you that a scooter is available but when you arrive, we aren't be able to let you take it as it isn't suitable for your weight.
